We have an exciting opportunity for a proven life science sales rep in the Bay area! Our client has developed a cutting edge technology in the protein separation market, and they are looking for a hungry, missionary sales person to build a territory from the ground up!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop territory business plan to exceed territory sales targets
  • Build sales funnel through proactive prospecting
  • Call on pharma, biotech and academic research accounts
  • Up to 50% travel

 

Skills & Experience:

  • BS in life science discipline
  • 2-5 years life science sales experience with a proven track record of success; instrument sales experience preferred
  • Ability to talk science; experience with chromatography, protein separation and/or mass spec preferred
  • Hunter! Strong prospecting, cold calling and territory development skills. Missionary sales experience preferred.
  • Results oriented. Passionate and dedicated to selling innovative technology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills

 

Compensation: Competitive salary (dependent on experience), uncapped commission, stock options, and full benefits.
